18 Year Male Donor Letter

This letter was sent to the family following Ash's death.  This letter set into motion the form the Austin Spencer "Ash" Hamilton Foundation For Organ Donation Awareness.  Ash was able to save 5 lives within 24 hours of his death, but he will help countless others with tissue, bone, and eye donations.
